Cooking utensils such as pans and tongs are kept separately and used exclusively for gluten-free cooking.
We also wash our hands and sanitize them thoroughly during cooking to prevent cross-contamination.
Foods that contain allergens are separated from those that do not.
We only use gluten-free soy sauce.
All trays and other containers are disposable.
